Who we are

We are a coaching group built around high standards, strong culture, and long-term athlete development. AIM exists to raise the bar for junior performance through disciplined training, smart preparation, and a supportive environment that helps athletes grow in confidence, character, and capability.

What we do

We deliver structured, high-quality coaching across sprints and middle distance, with a focus on:

technical development and efficient mechanics
periodised training programmes aligned to
competition calendars
race preparation and execution
athlete education: habits, recovery, professionalism, and resilience
